We have been the On-Site Managers here at Carindale Gardens for 3 ½ years and we have always engaged the services of SafeClean on an annual basis to do our termite inspection and pest control.

We have 51 units within our complex and I must say how professional and efficient that they are when onsite. Nothing is ever too much trouble, always working around the residents needs and always getting the job done within the timeframe they have set out.

I highly recommend them for the above service and have always recommended them to other complexes if anyone asks. We also engage in their carpet cleaning service when our tenants vacate as I have found that they are the best in the business. I also use them on a personal basis on my own home and our rental properties.

Our media room carpet had a large, prominent stain from a piece of furniture when we moved it. We tried everything to remove the stain and after discussion with SafeClean we realized it had to be replaced. Fortunately we had some carpet for the patch. The SafeClean guy was on time and very professional. The repair took about 2 hrs and is almost invisible. We’ll certainly use SafeClean again.

On the 3rd Aug 2016 we had Jamie clean our carpets and lounge suit. We thought it only appropriate to write to you and compliment Jamie on his service and we ask that you pass on our thanks to him personally. We have used Ultradry mostly, but on the last occasion 6 months ago used SafeClean on recommendation, and because of the better job done, safeClean is now our cleaner of choice.

We would like to commend Jamie on his outstanding service. he had a huge job on his hands that morning and did an outstanding job. He was professional, puntural and stains that have been around for years are now gone. All who visit remark on the lounge suit and carpets and we recommend Jamie from SafeClean. It has now been four years since we used SafeClean for the first time in regard to eradication of white ants and general pest control for our Property Management and Sales Departments.

During the last four years , the service we have recieved from your company and your staff has certainly exceeded our expectations. We have consistently found your work to be completed to a high standard, promptly, at an affordable cost and in a clean and tradesman like manner. Both sales staff and property managers in this office have commented on how lucky we are to have such a reliable, efficient and knowlegeable white ant company servicing our clients.

I am aware our work can often be demanding and often we have requested your company to drop everything and attend to an emergency situation, to your credit, each time we have asked you to go the extra mile, you have responed immediatley and without question. We can not ask for more than that.
