It has now been four years since we used SafeClean for the first time in regard to eradication of white ants and general pest control for our Property Management and Sales Departments.

During the last four years , the service we have recieved from your company and your staff has certainly exceeded our expectations. We have consistently found your work to be completed to a high standard, promptly, at an affordable cost and in a clean and tradesman like manner. Both sales staff and property managers in this office have commented on how lucky we are to have such a reliable, efficient and knowlegeable white ant company servicing our clients.

I am aware our work can often be demanding and often we have requested your company to drop everything and attend to an emergency situation, to your credit, each time we have asked you to go the extra mile, you have responed immediatley and without question. We can not ask for more than that.

As part of our internal best practice procedures, I also from time to time survey out Tenants ansd Owners on their opinion of our trades people and SafeCleanhas been given a glowing reference each time. I have not once recieved any negative feedback at all.

Peter, in this busy world we operate in, people are often very quick to complain and criticise, however when excellent service is given, I feel it warrants acknowledgement and thanks, so please accept our thanks and appeciation for the effort you have put into servicing our white ant, general pest control and carpet cleaning needs for the last four years and hope there are many more years to come.
