Grout can be characterised as being very absorbent surface allowing it to soak up bacteria and dirt. Our grout colouring sealant is fantastic for the bathrooms, kitchens on any tiled walls or floors. By using our grout colourant process you will be able to see consistent colour that seals the grout. At SafeClean we use a 6-step process to recolour and seal your grout in Brisbane.

• First we dry sweep your floors if needed.
• Apply a specialized cleaning solution to soak for 10-15 minutes.
• Agitate your tiles and grout using grout brushes and floor machines.
• Rinsing using high pressure self contained cleaning and extraction tool back to our truck mounted machine outside.
• Dry your floor using air movers before colour sealing is applied.
• Apply grout colour sealer to your grout by an experienced accredited applicator. We use the worlds best grout colour sealer called Grout Perfect.

We then buff and polish the entire floor to remove any excess sealer left behind. You will not believe how new your floors will look and stay that way with our 15 year guarantee.

What is Grout Re Colouring?

The colour sealer SafeClean applies is called Grout Perfect which is a specific acrylic titanium resin grout sealer that has modified urethane sealing agents. Comes in 24 colours. It works to significantly lower maintenance and to retain your grout in a good condition and offers relatively high amount of stain protection. Essentially, keeping the authentic look and surface of the grout.
