Our grout colouring sealant is fantastic for the your bathrooms, kitchens floors and walls.

By using our grout colourant process you will be able to see consistent uniform colour that seals the grout and keeps it stain resistant well over 15 years.

At SafeClean we use a 6 step process to recolour and seal your grout.

Starting of with a tile and grout clean.

Step 1 First we dry sweep your tiled floors and walls if required.

Step 2 Apply a specialised cleaning solution to your tiles and grout and soak for 10 minutes.

Step 3 Agitate your tiles and grout using grout brushes and floor machines if required.

Step 4 Rinsing using high pressure self contained cleaning and extraction tool back to our truck mounted machine outside.

Step 5 Dry your floors using air movers before our grout colourant sealer is applied.

Step 6 Apply grout colour sealer to your grout by an experienced accredited applicator. We only use the worlds best grout colourant sealer called Grout Perfect.

Step 7 We then buff and polish the entire floor to remove any excess sealer left behind. You will not believe how new your floors will look and stay that way with our 15 year guarantee.

What is Grout Re Colouring?

The grout colour sealing SafeClean applies is called Grout Perfect grout colorant which is a specific acrylic titanium resin grout sealer that has modified urethane sealing agents and comes in 24 colours.

It works to significantly lower maintenance and to retain your grout in a good condition and offers relatively high amount of stain protection.

Essentially, keeping the authentic look and surface of the grout. The advantage of colour sealing grout is it can be utilised to restore, revamp and is a necessity for new grout installs.
